Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter (room temp)
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Oven at 325°
- Butter a 9x13 baking pan.
- Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Then add eggs one at a time.
- In a bowl, mash bananas. Add milk and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Add bananas to creamed mixture and stir until combined.
- Add dry ingredients, mix until flour disappears.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes.
